Totka for weight loss by Zubaida Tariq
This Totka is meant to be prepared before going to bed.
1 tsp red lentils
4 glasses of water
In a wok, cook 1 tsp red lentils in 4 glasses of water till one glass of water is left. Transfer it into a glass with a steel spoon and leave it over night at a place where there is cross ventilation of fresh air. Next morning, sieve the water into another glass and add in few drops of lemon juice and 1 pinch of black pepper and drink before brushing your teeth. You must follow the same procedure everyday for 40 days and drink.
